Vladimir is one of the thugs from Disney's 2010 animated film Tangled.

He is first seen during I've Got a Dream. As Flynn Rider is being taken to the gallows, he grabs Conli by the head and his helmet falls off. Then he runs over 3 other guards and launches Flynn away from the guards.
Tangled: Before Ever After[]
Vladimir is seen in Corona Castle during Eugene's verse of Life After Happily Ever After. He, along with most of the other thugs, appear to have become Eugene's closest companions outside of Rapunzel and Maximus.
Tangled: The Series[]
In One Angry Princess, Vlad and Hook Foot try to bully locals to be customers at Attila's new bakery - Attila the Bun.
In Rapunzeltopia, a dream version of Vladimir tries to harm the dream self of brown-haired Princess Rapunzel.
